Welcome to the Metro Sting FC website.
Founded in 1983 by Thomas Dale HS alumni Marc Dixon, Gary Rule, John Kabler and Todd Dixon, the Metro Sting has been a fixture in the
Central Virginia Soccer Association Summer League for 25 years and eleven-a-side in CVSA
and the Capital Area Soccer Association since our debut in the MDCVSA Challenge Cup in 2000.
